At Bhini Herbal, we are committed to providing you with efficient and reliable shipping services. This Shipping Policy outlines our guidelines for order processing, delivery times, shipping methods, and more.
1. Delivery Timeframe
All products will be delivered within 10 days of order placement.
Our commitment to timely delivery ensures that you receive your natural herbal products in the shortest possible time. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control.
2. Order Processing
Here's what happens after you place an order:
- Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- After processing, your order will be handed over to our shipping partners.
- You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's status.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 days (free on orders above ₹500)
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 days (additional charges apply)
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 12 PM (additional charges apply)
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to most locations across India. Some remote areas might experience slightly longer delivery times.

- Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email

Refund Policy
At Bhini Herbal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund might be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from Bhini Herbal within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- The item is not damaged or altered in any way
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Important: If you receive a damaged product or are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must initiate the return process within 2 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been opened, used, or their seals broken
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Personalized or custom-made products
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@bhiniherbals.com or +91 98765 43210 within 14 days of receiving your order (within 2 days for damaged or unsatisfactory products).
- Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the items.
- Package the item securely, including the original packaging and all accessories.
- Include the RAN and a copy of your invoice with the return package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipment.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The item received was damaged or defective
- The item received was incorrect (not what you ordered)
- The return is a result of our error
In the above cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to arrange this.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- The refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you paid using COD (Cash on Delivery), the refund will be credited via bank transfer to your account.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange as a new order.
Exchanging products will be delivered within 3 days.
If the exchanged item costs more than the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the package.
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Provide your order details and a description of the damage or defect.
Please note: The 2-day return window for damaged or unsatisfactory products is strictly enforced. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.
We will arrange for the return of the damaged item and send a replacement or issue a full refund including any shipping charges.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe mentioned above:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- If you've done the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
8. Sale Items
Items that were purchased on sale or with a discount can be returned or exchanged following our standard return policy, unless otherwise noted as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update our refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
